Choosing a Design File
- An album of licensed design files is available inside the VIP group for you to browse.
- You’re also welcome to purchase and send your own licensed file for your custom.
Designing Your Custom
- Each custom item is designed by you. You select the print, fabric pairings, and style, and I bring your vision to life.
About Exclusivity
- If a design file is truly exclusive to you (meaning it is not commercially available), it will never be reprinted. Any leftover fabric from that file will be mailed to you.
- If a design file is commercially available — even if you purchased and provided it — it is not considered exclusive. I may already own the file or may purchase it independently in the future for use in drops, customs, or RTS.
- From time to time, I may use leftover custom fabric to create ready-to-ship pieces. While similar prints, fabrics, or styles may appear, I will not intentionally recreate a customer’s exact custom combination for resale.
- If exclusivity is important to you, please message me before placing your order so we can chat through options.
Please note that the current turnaround time is 3 - 5 weeks.
Once your order is placed all sales are final. If you notice an error made in ordering please notify me immediately, and I will try to get it changed.
Each item is handmade by me, and I inspect everything thoroughly before sending it out. If I miss something please know that it was not intentional, and I will fix it right away, just send me a message.
